Hiya!

I'm not only an aspiring farmer/baker, I'm also an online health and wellness behavior coach - I'm a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE; certified in pre- and post-natal training through Girls Gone Strong; a Crossfit Level 2 coach and a Precision Nutrition Level 1 nutrition coach. I'm also a mom, wife, and supportive friend who is living on a small farm that we're building from scratch and always tells it like it is. I've been coaching in some aspect since 2009 and finally became officially certified to lead classes as a coach in 2015; my passion for health and wellness has only grown since I started. 


My main goal is to help you build sustainable healthy habits that will make you feel powerful and energetic without imposing on your current lifestyle. I work hard to help busy adults and kids feel confident and strong in their own skin on their own terms. My focus is to help you gain strength and confidence in the body you have, not to change your body. Living with chronic illness and pain myself, I know what it's like to feel like nothing ever works. I don't ever require any kind of food or weight tracking, and will only ask you to do things I would be willing to do myself. I know that everyone has different needs and one way does not work for everyone; if you want to try something, I will fully support you in your efforts and do everything I can to help you.


I offer no quick-fixes, magic pills, or miracle serums that make you lose weight overnight. I don't even promise that you'll lose weight. But you'll feel better, look better, and move better after working with me.

Why choose online training?

Online training offers you the best of everything I have to offer to make sure you achieve your goals on an online platform.

Every week, you get your individual plan delivered conveniently to your phone or preferred device. Your plan is built to perfectly fit around your lifestyle and save you the time, hassle and cost of having to go to the gym. You can train anywhere you want, whenever you want. A weekly check-in is completed every week to let me know how things went and if you have any big plans upcoming that might effect your workouts. Depending on which package you choose, we may video chat to make sure we are doing what works best for you. 

You get much more access to you me than you would as just a face to face client. You get my coaching, accountability, training programs and support all week long, not just for one maybe two hours a week we are together in a face-to-face environment. This means we can work together on every single aspect of getting you results and seeing you smash your goals.

To make hitting your goals really simple, you will benefit from reminders, follow up and support for each training session, every meal and everything you should track. Great coaching is a one stop shop to get amazing results built around your lifestyle, the time you have available and your unique body and mind .

You get all of this at a much lower price than working with me full time, face to face. This saves you money while giving you the best possible guidance, service and support. Who is this for?

If you've never had a trainer before, but have worked out in a supervised environment (like a group class) and would like more direct help with building muscle, this is the program for you.

Or, maybe you've had a trainer before, but want something that fits better within your life schedule. This will give you the most contact with me so that you can ask me your questions more frequently and get a more hands-on approach to your training while still working on your own schedule.

KOBOLD FOLLOW-ALONG VIDEO SERIES

Looking for workout classes but don't want to join a gym? 

Here you'll find a series of easy to follow virtual workout videos, including a warm up and cool down stretch. The workouts require no equipment, but have the option to add equipment if you have it and/or need to intensify the workout. And you never have to leave the comfort of your own home!

Even better, you can still workout if you have to travel for work, or you still have classes available to you if you're on vacation and don't want to get out of the habit. All you need is an internet connection and some space to move around.

The strength, cardio, combo and kickboxing sessions are tabata-style, wherein you work for a set amount of time then rest for a short time, repeating this throughout the whole workout with various movements. The stretch sessions are similar to yoga, but focusing on moving through the entire range of motion of the joints in your body.

The videos are categorized as follows:

Strength session, 30-45 minutes

Cardio session, 30-45 minutes

Mobility/Flexibility Improvement session, 20-25 minutes 

Combo Session (Cardio, Strength and Stretch), 30-45 minutes

Kickboxing Session, 30-45 minutes

Each HIIT class tabata-style class requiring no equipment; you are more than welcome to add weight or resistance bands to any movement if you wish. However, I highly encourage you to use a mat if you have one, a towel if you tend to sweat a lot, and water to stay hydrated throughout the workout. I'll be continuously updating and adding to this program so keep checking it out for new videos!

"In August of 2017 I moved back up to Jacksonville to live with my sister. I weighed 275 pounds and was super out of shape. Like out-of-breath-going-up-one-flight-of-stairs out of shape. So I started mimicking the way she ate more closely, counting calories, moving my body more, just generally trying to make better choices.

"A little less than two years later, here I am in the mid-180s, able to run up the stairs and do the things that I, you know, physically have to do. I'm still pretty far from a healthy weight, but I do feel a lot less awkward about my body and the space it takes up. It's easier to do the things I have to do (most days, at least), and I'm not blowing four or five hundred bucks a month on "treats" for myself anymore.
