Our stargazer tent offers night sky views and creekside privacy only 12 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Surrounded by great hiking and birding trails among other attractions, including Fairy Stone State Park, you'll never find a lack of adventure to discover.

Furnished with a king sized bed, a mini fridge, a microwave and a coffee pot (as well as coffee, a selection of tea, coffee filters, sugar, honey, and nondairy creamer), there's no shortage of comfort away from it all. Relax on the tent deck or by the firepit during the day and let the burbling creek lull you to sleep at night.

No running water, electric only. Private toilet room with pump toilet and sink available on tent deck. Continental breakfast provided in tent.

The space

The stargazer tent allows you to lie on your king sized bed and watch the stars at night, and open the sides of your tent to let the cool breeze through during the day.

Settled immediately next to a fast flowing creek, the bubbling sound of the water will lull you to sleep each night and help you relax in the daytime.

Guest access

Guests are welcome to explore the farm and play on the playground throughout their stay. There are plenty of community areas on the 13 acre property, but your tent is entirely private for you.

Other things to note

You will be parking your vehicle approximately 200 feet from the tent and walking to the tent upon arrival. Please let us know if any additional accommodations might be needed prior to your arrival so we can make your stay the best we can offer.
